Deadbeat "Customers"
This is a list of people who asked for service, got service, and never paid from day one (or paid so little it might as well be zero). None of these customers had any complaints about our service; they just didn't pay. Consider this like our report to the credit agencies. You wouldn't have found this webpage unless you were searching for one of their names. If you have any questions or need further information, please contact us.
Just in case you think this list is a long list, and to put things in perspective, we keep about 80-100 active customers at any one time and have been in business about 5 years. Customers come and customers go -- but usually they pay their bills before cancelling services. This list is a very small percentage of our customer base... thank God!!!!
Paul Sindt and Kristine/Christine Sindt ordered services at their rental house in Largo, FL. They received services for two months, did not pay one penny, and disappeared with no forwarding information. Phone calls and emails to the Sindts went unanswered.

Update 7/2008: After one year of not paying and not communicating, Kristine Sindt found this webpage and contacted me. She wanted to pay the bill and have me take down this paragraph ("I received your bill and will pay on the account in full asap."). I took down the paragraph; she didn't pay; the paragraph went back up. We are taking formal actions to collect.
Susan and Clay Withers
Ordered service on their home at 980 Narcissus Ave, Clearwater FL 33767 but only paid about 20% of the bill. Public records show that they had 6 properties foreclosed in the last 12 months, 1 deed in lieu of foreclosure, and 1 business lien. The sum of all these foreclosures, etc. comes to over $4,000,000 (four million dollars). Though they knew they were in financial trouble, they did not notify us or cancel continuing services nor tell us that they would not be able to pay their bill. Clay even owned a carwash business and never even offered to trade services.

Pascale and John Freyer
Ordered service on their home at 1540 San Helen Dr, Dunedin FL 34698 and never paid, despite repeated statements sent. John Freyer does drywall and stucco.

Susan (Sue) Broad of 832 Narcissus Ave, Clearwater FL 33767 ordered a cleanup project plus ongoing mowing service. The project was done, as well as four subsequent weekly mowings. She THEN called to announce that on the original project "there were too many leaves not swept up" and she wasn't going to pay the final bill. She refused to allow us to re-sweep the leaves and said she was going to hire another gardener and take his fee out of her payment to us. If she didn't like a small portion of the first job, she should have said something at that time and not allowed 4 more weeks of service before lodging any complaint. Something smells fishy about this "broad".
John Wagner of 1411 Sunset Dr, Clearwater FL 33755 ordered services, received services for two months, and never paid one cent. He claims he is broke.
Mary Ann Cerami of 719 Merlins Ct, Tarpon Springs FL 34689. Did not cancel services when she started to get in trouble with her debts and could no longer pay for grass mowing. She did not pay her last two months of mowing services, despite her promising to pay. She eventually "disappeared".
Philip Castrogiovanni ordered service on 3 houses he had for sale. Said that they were "normal" so he got a "normal" estimate over the phone. We discovered overgrown jungles that had been untended for months. These were tackled. Bills were sent. He refused to pay anything at all.
Maggie Goodyear, a/k/a Margaret Mary Goodyear ordered service for two properties she owned. After a few years of using (and paying) for services, she skipped town, skipped out on her bill with about 5 months services unpaid, promised repeatedly to pay and never paid. "The check is in the mail" is her favorite byline.
The purpose of this webpage is to get these people into the search engines so others can find them when doing research to "collect" on such people or when doing research to check out payment reputations.
